Who We Serve

Three audiences. Three promises. Never blended.

A parent firm, a company it owns, and a client it serves stand in different relationships to the framework — and GEN states each promise separately, because the boundaries between them are the product.

Parent firms

You operate, hold, or acquire companies — and you need one framework that survives growth, hiring, and ownership change.

The parent sets the standard once: numbering, Vault structure, permissions, templates. Every company you run or buy instantiates that standard instead of reinventing operations. Your oversight across the group is aggregate-level by default — you see counts, status, and health across companies, with record-level access only where a company owner has explicitly granted it. Read the permission model before you take our word for that.

Subsidiaries & acquired companies

You keep your own records, your own customers, and your own boundaries.

Joining the parent standard does not mean surrendering your data upward. Your workspace is yours: your pipeline, your Vault, your client relationships. You adopt the shared structure so the group can coordinate — reporting rolls up in aggregate, and anything beyond aggregate moves only under your explicit, logged, revocable grant. An acquisition keeps its identity; it gains the operating standard.

Participating clients

Your firm works with a GEN firm, and you run your own workspace on the same standard — under your own ownership.

A participating client is not a folder inside someone else's system. You hold your own records, your own Vault, and your own owner hub. The firm you work with sees exactly what the working relationship requires, granted by you, and export of everything that is yours is your right at any time.

Expert-network organizations are served through a dedicated template — GEN's first pilot is expert-network operations. Downstream rollout to subsidiaries or clients is always separately scoped; it is never silently included in a parent engagement.
